Rolls

Rolls can be provided in many formats.  We offer custom size cores, including metric ID size cores used in many printers. Currently we can provide rolls to the end user with 1” ID to 6” ID cores, and up to 12” outside diameter. Rolls can be wound inside or outside provided they are on a core.

We also offer coreless products for 1” ID rolls used in ticketing or stamp type applications where the core isn’t really required. In many cases this can save additional cost and is certainly more environmentally friendly.

Fan Folded

Fan folded products can be provided in many lengths from 6” thru 14” typically in 1/8” increments. Keep in mind where there is a fold, the product must be perfed. Fan folded products can be Thermal Transfer, Direct Thermal, Pinfeed and Laser products. Many times there are cost savings for the end user when product is fan folded instead of finished into rolls.

Sheets

Sheeted products can be used for many applications such as pallet labels used to write on in the warehouse, or laser imprinted with variable data. There are many sizes and shapes of sheeted labels depending on the end use. Typically sheeted products can be more expensive because of the materials and packaging.
